Birthday:
After one year of service with R&M Professional Services LLC. You will be given your birthday off to celebrate with your family and friends.

Referrals:
Employees working for R&M Professional Services LLC, are eligible for a referral bonus for each employee referred to R&M after 320 hours worked by the referred employee.

Holiday Pay:
R&M Professional Services LLC, will pay the following holidays after one year of consecutive full-time employment with a minimum of 1040 hours worked: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years. Holiday pay will not be accounted toward overtime pay.
