Temp To Hire:
R&M Professional Services will recruit, evaluate and provide employees to you with the probability of you hiring them permanently, after 1000 hours worked. This affords you the opportunity of measured work performance on a trial basis before you make your hiring decision.
Temporary Help:
R&M Professional Services recruits and evaluates employees using our Four Point System before they are assigned to your site on short predetermined terms. Our employees will provide temporary help to augment emergency leaves, family medical leave, vacation, personal time off, and occasional workload increases.
Recruitment Services:
R&M Professional Services, if called upon will recruit and evaluate world-class quality employees using our Four Point System for a one time fee when hired by our clients. R&M Professional Services provides this service in an effort to help companies looking for hard to fill positions and/or specialty skilled employees.
Payrolling:
You will recruit and evaluate the employee to work at your company and subsequently, place the employee on R&M payroll at a predetermined rate. This service helps to reduce overhead and provide better management of your labor costs.
